Terms and Conditions
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to reserving and paying for any garment. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a garment. We accept payments securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. By placing a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider in addition to these hire terms.

Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date will result in 50% of the hire price to be paid.

Exchanges for pick up or local delivery orders may be requested up to 24 hours prior to the event date, subject to availability.

Exchanges for postal orders may be requested up to 7 days prior to event, subject to availability

If the replacement garment has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If the replacement has a lower price, no refund or credit will be issued.

Booking date changes may be requested more than 7 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.
All exchanges and booking changes are subject to availability. If the requested garment is unavailable, the original booking will remain in place
Rental Period
The standard rental period is 3 to 4 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Garments must be returned by the agreed return date.
Late Returns
A late fee of $20 per day will apply for garments returned after the agreed return date.
Late returns may impact other bookings, and additional charges may apply if delays affect another customer.
Local Pick up/Drop off
Customers may opt for local pickup and drop off at our location in Dunsborough.
Pickup and return times will be arranged prior to the booking date. Customers must adhere to the agreed times.
A confirmation email with a pickup time slot will be sent three days prior to your event date. These emails can be sent to junk/spam, please monitor these.
Failure to return the garment on time may result in late fees.
Postal Hires
Australia wide delivery is available for $28 express shipping
Postal rentals must be made by Monday 12:00pm for weekend bookings. Postal bookings selected less than 4 days prior to rental start date are made at renters’ own risk of not arriving and will not receive a product or shipping refund if not received in time.
For postal returns garments must be lodged with the postal service by 3:00pm on the agreed return date.
Failure to lodge the return by this time will result in a $20 late fee per day until the item is lodged.
The business is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the garment has been dispatched.
Customers remain responsible for the garment until it has been lodged for return. Proof of lodgement will be required
While every effort will be made to dispatch garments in time for the event date, the business is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post
Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed once parcels have been dispatched.
Garment Condition, Care & Damage
All garments are preloved / second hand and may show minor signs of wear and tear. Any noticeable marks, wear, or imperfections will be identified and acknowledged prior to the rental period.
Customers agree to return the garment in the same condition it was received, allowing for reasonable wear.
Customers must take reasonable care of the garment during the rental period. Garments must not be washed, altered, or dry cleaned by customers, as all cleaning is handled by the business.
If a garment is returned with new or additional damage beyond what was acknowledged prior to hire, including but not limited to fake tan transfer, perfume, body oils, lotions, makeup stains, food or drink spills, tears, or excessive wear, the customer may be charged for additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
If a garment is damaged beyond repair, lost, or not returned, the full replacement value of the garment may be charged
Fit & Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. While sizing guidance may be provided, fit cannot be guaranteed.
